Your data
The only way any personal data is obtained is if you choose to contact kim@onyskiw.org.uk with an email, for example to discuss a commission or to ask a question.
The only information received will be what is sent by e-mail, and these e-mails will only be viewed and stored by Kim Onyskiw.
Kim Onyskiw will only use your contact details to respond to your queries and in the case of commissions, to fulfill your order. The only circumstances in which data will be shared is to process an order (for example with payment processors and shipping companies) or to comply with the law.
If your contact is just a simple question or comment, this may be stored for up to 6 months and then deleted. If your contact is to discuss commissions or exhibitions, this may be stored for up to 6 years and then deleted. This extended time is to ensure information that may be needed for tax purposes is kept as long as is necessary.
If desired, you may contact Kim Onyskiw to request your information is deleted before these dates.
Commissions
When you request a commission, your details will not be shared, but images of the artwork you commission may be shared by Kim Onyskiw, for example on this website or her social media pages, either as work in progress shots or as the completed piece, to give examples of the work she produces.
If it is known that the commission is intended as a gift then images will only be shared after an appropriate amount of time for the recipient to have received their art, so no surprises will be spoilt.
If you would not like images of the art you commission to be shared then contact Kim Onyskiw to request this.
